There are many advantages to being in business since 1970, one of them is that we have had the opportunity to listen to literally thousands of questions. Listed below are some of the more frequently asked questions we have heard over the years…we’ve even gone ahead and provided some answers. Absolutely. One of our in-house graphic designers can help you design you label, but it’s best to have a good idea of what you want before you start. We only charge $65 per hour for design work, which is a great deal for creative services.
Your labels will be ready about 5 to 7 working days after you approve a final proof.
We sure will. Just drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what type of samples you’d like to check out. We will send you out a sample pack within the next business day. Oh, dont forget to include your name and address.
There is no minimum order requirement. However, it takes as much time to set up our presses to print one label as it does to print one million labels. So, the more you order, the lower your price per label.

There are no rush charges. If you need your order shipped quicker than the standard lead-time, just let us know. We’ll do everything we can to meet your deadline.
The cost is $65 per plate and each color typically requires one plate. The plates are made digitally, directly from your artwork. Plate charges are one-time only, and do not apply on repeat orders.
A ‘die’ is the stainless steel tool that we use to cut the shape of your label out of the raw material (think of a cookie cutter). We literally have thousands of different die sizes available for you to choose from. If we don’t have the size you’re looking for, we can have a die…
That depends. Some dies can cost as little as $150, while others can be over $1000. Typically, the more engraving there is, the more expensive the die. Yes. Although we store them at our facility, if you paid for them, you own them.
You can send your artwork to firstname.lastname@example.org or submit it directly to your Inside Sales Representative. If the file is larger than 10MB, please call us and we’ll give you access to our FTP site.

Due to the custom nature of printing labels, all of our orders are subject to an overrun or underrun of 10%.
